"South side of town"

Enjoyed the stay at Springhill Suites in Durango for ski time at Purgatory. Reasonable commute to ski slopes and great location to visit other sights including Mesa Verde, Bisti hoo-doos, and Silverton. Compliments to the attentive and polite staff. Wonderful and consistent breakfast each day. Quiet and comfortable rooms with good bedding. The hot tub did not have jets working but the temperature was super. Good to follow up hot soak with cool down in pool. The downsides were no refrigerator in the room and inconsistent and poor hot water for the room shower. It would take 5 minutes before hot water came out of shower. Strange.
