Great staff, clean room with all necessities, no frills but highly functional. There is a ton of shopping and dining super close, including a mall. If I was going to downtown Richmond I would stay elsewhere, but closer. Again , friendly staff, clean, and a very quiet room on a Friday night!

"The service for having bad service was extremely unreal and i feel i should be accommodated"

It was a basic muffin coffee nothing special.

First off the bed had hair all over bed sheets and blankets so I stripped the bed it and it. Was completely filthy look like load of trash and dirt on mattress cover with black trash ask the general manager to come look its no way possible a housekeeper made a bed with all that trash or whatever on mattress cover the shower had hair completely all over it the toilet flushed when it wanted I couldn't even shower almost $200 for the worse experience I have ever had for that type of money.I took pictures of all the hair and shower and bed before I stripped bed and called front desk and it was actually the general manager and I thought he would've accommodated me or discounted me money back a half price room for all the inconveniences but I wasn't offered anything but did I need him to make bed wow.

Very convenient

The shower head sprayed water all over the wall when we used it.. Had to tie a towel around it to control the spray
