Convenience of location was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful when available. However they definitely seem to be understaffed as no one was available at the front desk for checkout. Waited 20min and finally left a note saying please check us out of our room because we were on a time crunch. Called multiple times after to confirm check out occurred and no one has answered the phone.

The location is great.

The lobby smells really bad as soon as you enter. Staff is not friendly. The hallway smells really bad. The elevator smells really bad. The sheets and pillows smell like sweat. We couldn't sleep. We left the hotel at 5 am.
