I got there at 150am waiting at desk til 214 when lady walked our half asleep said couldn't find my reservations would not take my confirmation number said she didn't look it up like tat. Had to find abouther hotel at 230 n morning and pay 100 more than what should have been if yl didn't drop the ball

They refusr to check me in after midnight after 5 hours ride

Front desk was very nice. Ask for hair dryer before you shower. They are not in the room. It was clean, and not a bad location for dinner if you are working.

. We met Demetrius Mitchell upon arrival. He was excellent and professional. Was very welcoming.

When we arrived at our room, the bathroom was not clean. Pubic hair on the toilet seat. And there were particles and toilet paper in the toilet bowl. We cleaned it with disenfectant from my truck and micro fiber cloths I picked up from the front desk. The floor we cleaned with my cleaner and a bathroom towel. We woke up to a 3 inch cockroach 🪳 walking in the ceiling then the walls. My wife lost it. I killed the roach and brought it to the front desk wrapped in a face cloth. The woman at the desk looked at it and photographed it and the child with her laughed. I know it's just a bug but this was really unnecessary and honestly ruined our evening.

The location of the hotel was good.

My mother and her boyfriend recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, their experience was far from pleasant. They felt like something was biting them in the bed throughout the night, which caused a lot of discomfort. They suspect it might have been fleas or bed bugs. This really impacted their stay negatively, and as a result, she has no interest in staying at this hotel in the near future. We hope the management can look into this issue to ensure no one else has to go through the same experience.

Tony was amazing with offering us complimentary drink cards for the Sedona Taphouse next door. They have wonderful hospitality and the rooms were extremely clean!
