"Lovely hotel in the Market Square"

The attention to detail was exceptional. There were dark makeup wash cloths instead of using (and staining!) the white towels, robes available for use by guests (and purchase if desired!), slippers for use by guests if needed. The room service was excellent and the food was equally wonderful. The hotel is right in the Market Square area, convenient to shopping and food. A unique boutique hotel!

"Great Hotel with wonderful vibe."

The Oliver Hotel was great. We had a suite which was enormous. All of the staff was wonderful but a special shout out to Chris Dunbar who was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with wonderful restaurants, and a speakeasy with a fun vibe. We had never been to Knoxville, and now that family has moved there, we are thrilled to have nice hotel for our future stays.

Located adjacent to the Knoxville Market Square, the Oliver is very comfortable, with friendly staff and an excellent adjacent restaurant, as well as numerous options nearby. Worth the effort of navigating street/utility construction in the area (April 2025). Valet parking helped!
