Adorable boutique hotel in downtown Knoxville. Charming interior and rooms. Cool speakeasy. Two restaurants connected to hotel.

The whole experience was excellent. The front desk staff was helpful and very knowledgeable with great suggestions. I will stay at the Oliver when in Knoxville again.

Loved the location and decor! We had trouble getting help at the front desk on multiple occasions and also found the parking to be a hassle.

We had an amzing stay, although it was only 1 night. From arrival to departure everything was perfect. There are many thoughtful touches throughout the common areas and in the very comfortable room. The Speakeasy was cozy and the cocktails were great. We also enjoyed a nice meal at Oliver Royale. The location is also perfect for walking to many shoppes and restaurants. We definitely plan to return. We recomend parking your own car in the garage next door after you check-in, rather than valeting if you can. It cost us $2.00 (two) for overnight parking on a weeknight.

Very classy hotel close to downtown and an amazing speak easy bar!

The Oliver Hotel exceeded expectations. The service is warm and personal, and the retro decor is such a welcome change from the typical cookie-cutter design of chain hotels. The lounge is also a stand-out. The spirit list and cocktail selection are top-tier. Room furnishings include nice amenities such as a Nespresso maker, and the wood tables look like they came from a true craftsman. Downtown Knoxville is vibrant, and there are many great restaurants and shops that are just steps away from the hotel.

From the moment we pulled up I knew our stay would be perfect. The Oliver is the most beautiful place. The rooms were perfect. The staff was amazing. My niece was married in the Oliver Royale and it couldn’t have been any more perfect. Walking distance to everything. I will definitely be back.

Service was impeccable from the moment we pulled up with our car to valet. All of the staff was attentive and helpful. Valet plugged our electric vehicle in for us. Room and decor were delightful. Had great sleep. Only wished we could have stayed longer!

We were lucky enough to win a stay at The Oliver through the Bijou Theater auction, and I couldn't have been more excited. In my opinion, it’s the best hotel in Knoxville—and this stay only confirmed it. From the beautifully appointed room to the exceptional staff, every detail was top-notch. The location is also perfect for exploring downtown and all of its fantastic restaurants, even though one of the very best—Oliver Royale—is right downstairs in the hotel. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience. I hope to be back again soon!
