The Oliver Hotel

Everything was great at this hotel - from the friendly, professional staff at the front desk to the beautiful and very comfortable room - I highly recommend this hotel!

First rate place. They truly think of everything. The staff was extremely accommodating. Our group had drinks in the bar that were exceptional. Will definitely return here when in Knoxville

The Oliver Hotel is a charming step back in time with modern conveniences. We loved the personal and friendly nature of the staff. The choices for local food was great, especially the Creperie. The small shops close by made for a fun shopping experience. Driving back and forth to UT was a breeze. The only negative was that the Market park was unwalkable in the evening due to homeless individuals.

I been here 3 times in the last 5 years and nothing changed , its still perfect and there is so much right out the front door and thats on weekdays i just want to spend a weekend there and i'll be looking for a 6 star review.

We came to Knoxville for a quick family getaway and were blown away by how amazing this hotel was. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. You simply can’t beat the location—everything we wanted to explore was just minutes away. This was our first time in Knoxville, and staying here made the trip even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is outstanding. Walkable to numerous dining and entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The rooms are unique and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel had just updated the phone system so there was a small issue but the staff assured us they were working to resolve it. We will return for a future stay.

Great place to walk and have dinner

This boutique hotel was one of our favorite all-time hotels that we have stayed at. The staff, and specifically the manager AJ, were extremely attentive and treated us like lifelong friends. The room was exquisite with an amazing view of the historic Market Square, easy access to the Oliver Royale, the Peter Kern Library, Tupelo Honey, and to exit and walk the Square. Our room was well stocked and clean upon arrival. Loved our experience here and would recommend this to anyone staying in Knoxville!

What makes this boutique hotel so unique and charming was the wonderful experience of hospitality. Nested just a few steps away from the vibrant dining and entertainment area "Promenade" of downtown Knoxville, the quenn room despite petite in size was serene and functional with modern touches and most importantly immaculately clean in every detail.
