The Oliver Hotel

Everything was wonderful until there was construction in the stairway next to our room at 9am

Our first stay here and we were very impressed. I had mistakenly reserved a room at their sister hotel in Mississippi and the front desk clerk helped to get that room cancelled and found us the perfect room at the correct hotel. I wished their website made it more clear which hotel you were making a reservation for. But the room was perfect, a double queen. Very spacious with nice firm mattresses. Big bathroom and a great shower. We were very impressed with the speakeasy bar and each had two different cocktails that were perfectly made. We will definitely return.

This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at. Great staff! Everything you need! Great location and quiet.

Excellent -- as always. The Oliver Hotel & the Oliver Royale are two of our favorite places in Knoxville. Chris, Shaque, Damien, Alan, and AJ never disappoint at the hotel. They take care of us as if we were royalty. The rooms are comfortable and it is in the perfect location for downtown adventures. We came this time for Bubbles & Bites at the Oliver Royale where Chef Darin's meal was lovely as always. And his house made gnocchi was the best ever! We look for excuses to return!

Quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Knoxville. The Oliver restaurant was an amazing find, too. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the lack of free and available parking around the hotel. The best option for self park was around the corner on the opposite side of the block.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Market Square. Short walk to the Old City. So many food choices nearby and shopping too.

Close to the market street green area, quick walk to the theater (reason we were in Knoxville). Very nice!

I loved my larger room this time. Staff is great. Lovely hotel. Good coffee bar in room!

Beautiful area, restaurants, bars, and entertainment all within walking distance. Building it self is amazing old architecture.

Great place to stay and love the area of town it sits in.
