The room was nice but we had construction going on right outside the window that was extremely noisy. We never got the room cleaned although we asked for it. The staff was very nice though.

"The Oliver is the bomb!"

This is a really great hotel! Very charming atmosphere and staff! Sometimes it can be expensive but if you can shag a deal like I did, then take this one over all of the others in downtown Knoxville
