"Very Welcoming!"

The lady we spoke with that greeted us and helped us with some concerns was very nice from the moment we came through the door. So happy to have her type of personality and smile. I can’t remember her name but she was Asian.

The bathroom toilet and shower were still dirty and looked not to have been cleaned. I believe a deep cleaning would definitely put the room back in order. Just my opinion. Other than that it was a good overnight stay for us.

"Tracy was awesome!"

Tracy provided the best greeting when I checked in! I’ve worked in food & beverage for years, so excellent service matters greatly to me. It changes the entire experience. A happy, energetic staff allows me to overlook an okay breakfast. The room was very clean, and provided a quiet rest.

There was no wash cloth in the bathroom and the tub was clogged up! The towels had hairs on them.
