"The best place to stay in Jacksonville."

I travel constantly for work and when I come to Jacksonville this is the only place I stay; I think this is my third time. It's very clean! The staff treats everyone like a VIP. The lobby, pool, and dining area are kept in nice shape. It's a short drive from the beach and you'll find every type of business you can think of right along the main strip out front. I highly recommend Towneplace East.

"Great stay"

Second year we visited Jax, stayed in same hotel because we had a great experience last year. Only complaints I have is that we had a few nights where parking was unavailable due to I believe an excess of parents in town with their kids for a soccer tournament. Additionally to that point, the kids were in the pool (loud) till midnight several nights, however they didn't personally disturb us as we were on the 3rd floor. I'm sure other guests didn't appreciate that, though. Overall another good stay, will be back next year for sure.

Great hotel. Liked the suite with separate bedroom. Helped with medical prep by isolating me from wife. TV channel line up a little weak and internet was intermittent but mostly worked
