NEST Tulum

We loved our stay at this sexy boutique hotel on Tulum's pristine coastline. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff provided impeccable service. Shout out to our concierge, Leti who was great at providing us with the best tips for tasting local flavors and experiencing the Mayan culture. The oceanfront location was nothing short of spectacular!

Amazing beach club and super attentive staff!

My hubby and I came here for our minimoon and I’m so glad we chose this quaint little hotel to be our host for the week. Everything from checking in - Letty who made us feel so welcome to Edgar, Carlos and the remaining server staff who were so attentive, and friendly. Thank you truly, from my hubby and I for making us feel so special and enjoyable during our stay. Everything was so clean and every single thing we ate was so so good and amazing!! Thank you chef for making our bellies happy and full!!

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nest. Letty greeted us by name and with margaritas! We had a lovely upstairs Tulik room, clean, with a cozy bed and fresh water. Beach was easy to access (true to picutes). Staff was awesome, knowledgeable, personable and attentive. Food and drinks in this area were good but a bit pricey. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the jungle at Nest.

Our stay at Nest Tulum in May 2025 was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property is absolutely stunning—nestled in a lush, serene part of Tulum, just steps from the beach, with a peaceful and beautifully curated design that perfectly blends nature and luxury. A private parking space on the grounds was offered free of charge, which made everything even more convenient. One of the highlights was the perfect beach access. The beach area was pristine, with plenty of beautifully arranged cabanas to choose from—ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the view with a drink in hand. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether it was assisting with reservations, sharing excellent local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, the service was consistently thoughtful and attentive. Our room was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and impeccably clean, with every amenity we could have hoped for. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on our private terrace, surrounded by swaying palm trees. The on-site dining was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes that truly captured the spirit of Tulum’s local ingredients and coastal flair. Nest Tulum is truly a sanctuary. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return.

Our second time at Nest in the last 10 months -- We just spent 6 nights at the property with a buyout for all of our family and friends, and it was incredible. Thank you so much to the team at Nest for making such an important celebration so special. The staff went above and beyond for us and all of our guests. Everyone loved the property, food, service and our time on the beach was magical. We held several events at the property for our party of 60 and it was the best time ever. The attentiveness to detail and quick responses via Whatsapp when we needed something was fantastic. No one wanted to leave!!

My wife and I just spend 4 nights at NEST Tulum. We had a great time! Nest is located in South Tulum beach, which has the best beach area south of Tulum, and is also relatively quiet, with great restaurants all around. We stayed in Tulik 1 room, which is very isolated and quiet, with an expansive outdoor space. The hotel only has 13 rooms, so even when the hotel is fully booked, it still feels you have the hotel pretty much for yourself. No issue finding tables at the restaurant or daybeds at the beach. It is all quiet and so relaxing. The beach is very nice, you can walk it up and down. You can go swim in the water, no rocks. There was a bit of algae when we were there, but not too much, and the hotel has a team of cleaners that remove it from the sand. I understand it's more of an issue in July/August. Finally, the concierges, Letty, Natalia and Hector are VERY helpful: they took care of all our needs, including restaurant bookings. They also know all the good places around for food, drinks, diving, etc... I love tequilas, and Letty plugged me to a friend of her in Tulum Pueblo who owns a restaurant and gave me a fantastic tequila degustation. I understand Nest has several 'sister' properties around which are worth checking. We'll definitely be back and either go back to nest or try one of their other properties.

Nest Tulum is an intimate, magical spot right on the beach – and honestly, you won’t find a better place. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and understated luxury. The food is absolutely delicious, the beach beds are incredibly comfortable, and the service is beyond exceptional. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely taken care of. It’s the kind of place that makes you forget the rest of the world exists – you simply won’t want to be anywhere else.

We were looking for a boutique hotel in the beachfront area of Tulum and couldn’t have been happier at the Nest! The entire staff was so friendly and Hector and Letty and the concierge team went above and beyond our expectations! They helped us arrange two amazing tours of the Mayan ruins and cenotes and had great dinner suggestions at nearby restaurants that are within walking distance with amazing food and cocktails. They took care of all of our dinner reservations and really strived to let us relax enjoy our time while we were there. Highly recommend the Nest!
