Security and maintenance was extremely nice and helpful, pool was nice

The check in stuff was confusing extra parking payment that we didn’t know anything about communication was very bad dishwasher didn’t work room smelled musty and elevator

Property was ok but the parking lot it’s too difficult, they never send me the code to parking lot and also only 2 hours before arrive they sent me the parking passing, I suppose needs to print this at home, because if you don't have the park pass a tow truck takes your car and they make you pay 250 dollars in cash. I hear this a secret business for then.

The condo was located right on the beach.

Taken Advantage of! Friday morning the electricity started going off and on. I called they came out and fixed that. Two of the sinks were stopped up in the master bath. Someone came out and fixed this. The washing machine and dryer did not work! The entire stay! The reason I chose this condo was because it was on the beach, and had all the comforts of home. They didn’t fix the washer and dryer after I reported the issues. They didn’t move us to another room where we could use the washer and dryer. It was myself and my 3 girls. I thought we’d be washing swimsuits, towels, and clothes. I didn’t pack 5 days worth because I thought I could wash. Someone was supposed to call me to discuss this issue and reimburse me. They still haven’t.
