The Orchid Lonavala

There was cockroach in the room Hand towels missing in bathroom Shower cap missing in toiletries Bath gel missing. Instead there were 2 bottles of shampoo Overall disappointed with the stay for the kind of money we paid for the room

Not as comfortable as expected

Services like pool,gym,Concierge were not available for use.Restaurant is average.Price of Food is very high and Breakfast is not complimentary.

Overall it was good,but bed size was too small,food was not good in restaurant.oitside food was not allowed that'll bad

Location and decent room space .. all good .

Staff knowledge on day to day ops related .. needs more training in process and hospitality.. forgot about th room keys had to come back again to reception to get the same . Food was not warm and they all looked concise without any proper method to ensure food is kept warm , before getting over getting replenished ..

Very Expensive. Water Logging in the Shower Room. Broken Levers. Strong smell in the room. No cloth Napkins in the Restaurant. Ordinary Breakfast Spread. Mattress Quality average. Food items are Expensive. At the price they charge, everything should have been better. Except for the Employees & Security behaviour nothing was satisfactory.
