SUPERHOTEL Matsumoto Oshiroguchi

Très bien situé, personnel accueillant. Les services sont super . Le petit déjeuner inclus et le bar de bienvenue sont parfait. Et j'ai adoré le Onsen ! Le meilleur hôtel que j'ai rencontré au Japon pour le moment. Un peu petit, mais pour dormir ça va. Et les petits plus, comme le masque, l'oreiller supplémentaire, le pyjama, ... C'était parfait !

Amazing staff, brilliant location just couple of minutes walking from bus and train station, about 20 mins from the castle. Very good breakfast with many traditional options.

Nothing, maybe the room size was a little too small as for three but we were mostly outside so doesn't matter that much.

The best amenities ive ever seen in a hotel. Wow!

From what I understand, this department is mostly populated by construction workers. There are a lot of men. A nice bonus is onsen and free drinks (even alcohol) at certain times.

The room is very small and the breakfast is unusual for Europeans. But, when there were sausages and croissants, they gave me a stomach ache. One morning we needed to leave hotel at 5:00 am, but stuff said that they can’t pack breakfast for us. So, we stayed without our breakfast.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Onsen is nice and hot, breakfast is fine and you get unlimited sparkling water and a welcome drink.

Room was a bit small but still standard Japanese size
