Duplex Flamingo Cadiz

La ubicación, tener dos aseos, la cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado para momentos puntuales es un plus. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario aunque echamos de menos algunos ingredientes básicos tipo sal, aceite, algo de café etc. También contaba con toallas y sábanas.

El dúplex está bien, pero se escuchan a los vecinos.

Location was brilliant, the apartment really clean and the staff very helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our cases at their office. Alahanjo so helpful and sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and tapas. Had a wonderful stay in Cadiz.

The downstairs shower has a leak, so will need fixing, but did not impact on our stay. The stairs to the master bedroom are very steep, so those with mobility issues need to factor that in.

Centrally located. Easy access to places. Washer in unit.

The instructions were not very clear and given piecemeal. It took us a while to find out how to get in the unit.

The apartment was in a great location, relatively comfortable and fairly clean with decent facilities

It had a fair climb of 20+steps in a narrow staircase to reach the bedroom but what quite honestly annoyed me the most was the entry system. I was asked to pay a 95 Euro deposit by Credit Card, which I tried to do through my bank twice to be told it had not been received so I was forced to leave my partner at a bar with our luggage, while I walked to the office to pay the deposit. I got back 40 minutes later to use an entry system through an app on my phone. When I asked if I had no phone or it 's battery ran out, the guy in the office just shrugged his shoulders. To be fair, the system did work ok during our three days but I had to constantly worry about the charge on my phone. On arrival home my bank advised me, the payment problem was down to the apartments payment process. In addition, the app which I was asked to use to fill in all our details was not user friendly and very frustrating indeed, with the drop box for nationality not working properly.

dirty and mouldy and smelly

The location is great, 2 minutes to the main square. The flat is nice and nicely equipped. Small details like some coffee, olive oil, dishwasher tabs, etc.

Unfortunately, this apartment demanded the payment of an additional 90 Eur deposit, or credit card details, including CVC, to be sent via Booking chat. The latter means significant security vulnerability, as you are basically giving everyone access to your bank account. I believe that this is against the Booking T&C.
