We were unable to obtain 2 keys - very difficult as not a couple. Also the person without the key had to rely on their phone to get into the apartment and the wifi was not always the best. I had difficulty to get into the apartment at times. A 2nd key should be available when 2 individual guests are travelling together.

There was no hot water in the downstairs shower room and the downstairs bedroom could have done with a lightweight quilt as it was very warm
