Good location and great we were able to park outside.

I couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine!

Good location. Very close to the beach

No hot water on arrival. Not ideal after a long drive. We all had cold showers. Room was in the basement which smelled of damp. Lots of mould in the bathroom. Not much natural light in the room. The TV fell off the wall. Staff were helpful but overworked

Literally everything else. The first room we were offered was in the basement. It was dirty, cobwebs, spiders and dust. And there was mold in the bathroom. I said that I’m not sleeping here and luckily there was another room available on the first floor. The second room was clean and we stayed there but the walls were so thin we could hear what is everyone doing. On top of that if someone was walking upstairs you could hear that as well so I didn’t sleep much during the night. Awful experience.
