Description said it had a lift. In fact the lift only goes to the first floor and the penthouse is on the 3rd floor - 37 steps. This was a real problem for people with mobility issues. In addition when we arrived at 16.30 the stairwells were in complete darkness - a health and safety issue. See photo. Apparently the lighting was on a timer and not adjusted since the clocks went back in late October. The stairwells clearly had not been cleaned in weeks and the entrance foyer to the lift smelt of drains.

The space in the apartment.

The location The communal areas,very scruffy and smeltof sewage at the entrance . Poor closures on windows allowing noise in. Pop up waste in bath not working Leaking shower screen. TV needs a signal booster kept breaking up.
