I rarely book the same place twice unless I feel really comfortable like home and this is what I felt in this place! Thank you for the great team and special thank you for Irina for the great care of the hotel guests!

La prima Volta che andavo con la mia compagna e siamo restati piacevolmente sorpresi!! Molto accogliente e pulita, servizio impeccabile e ben posizionata, lo staff molto amichevole e servizievole, ci tornero’ sicuramente nel mio prossimo viaggio a Tibilisi

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel/studio apartment. From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable and homely. The room is spacious, always spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, and has a great heater that kept us warm throughout our stay. Having a fully equipped kitchen was such a thoughtful touch, especially for vegetarians like us, as it made cooking our own meals easy and stress-free. What really made our stay special was the owner, Irina. She is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. From the very first day of booking, she was always there to help — guiding us with suggestions, sharing tips on what to do, and making sure we were comfortable at every step. It truly felt like we were being looked after, not just hosted. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore everything around. Overall, this place felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
