The only positive aspect of this place is the staff. The employees are genuinely kind and helpful, but unfortunately, they cannot make up for the terrible condition of the property.

Misleading Name and Photos: The name "Spa Resort" is deceptive. There is absolutely no SPA here. There is only an outdoor pool which was dirty and unusable. Furthermore, the photos on the website differ significantly from reality—some images are from Spring N2 or from a location some time ago or was edited. Condition of the Hotel: In reality, this is an old hotel in desperate need of renovation. Half of the building is abandoned. There are active construction and landscaping works going on right now. Staying in a construction zone for full price is unacceptable; the hotel should either be closed or offer significant discounts with a warning. The Room: The room condition was poor. The furniture is old, the plumbing leaks, and the doors are broken. Facilities: Most of the territory is abandoned, there is no leisure, no entertainment, and nothing to do. Summary: I strongly advise against booking this hotel until the renovations are complete and the management changes. You are paying resort prices for a construction site.

Nice garden and excellent location for exploring Tskaltubo. It is very interesting to visit the non-renovated building.

Tte game room is empty and the billiard room is very cold. The quality of the food on breakfast is low. There is no fresh bread for exampe. The beds are not comfortable, but they are authentic.

This is a simple, but nice place. A throwback to Soviet times which can be fun and entertaining but ultimately kind of strange. The rooms are clean and simple and also pretty big. I was there for an amazing wine festival that was on the property.

Грустно смотреть, как время забирает свое здесь и все приходит в упадок
