The room was disappointing for the price (252 GEL per night). The bed sheet had human hair on it, and the wardrobe door wouldn’t close properly. The bathroom was particularly unclean,behind the bathroom door and in corners on the floor there was hair, and the nooks and crannies were full of grime that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The door also didn’t close smoothly. Amenities were very poor. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no basic toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap. The sink was missing a drain plug. The breakfast area was also poorly managed. There were no food labels, so as a tourist it was hard to know what some items were, and the staff couldn’t explain them in English. The overall facility felt neglected. The couches, curtains, headboards, quilts, and even the rug near the lift all looked like they needed a deep cleaning. The hotel had an unpleasant smell, more like a hospital than a welcoming, clean environment. Old-style decor should not mean dirty. The upholstery and overall color scheme are very outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are comfortable with an old, dirty, and unpleasant living environment.

The Soviet-era building and the surrounding area.

We came to Tskaltubo for the second time with one purpose. To stay at Legends and live the authentic experience of staying in a reconstructed Soviet sanatorium. Unfortunately our stay here was a big fiasco and ruined a beautiful trip.We checked in and after taking a short tour of the empty hotel corridors, we went out to the village for food. We returned to the hotel and at eight in the evening the power went out. It was snowing outside and we stayed all evening without power, heating, internet and water. The staff although we are probably the only residents was completely indifferent to us as.We did not notice any attempt to repair the damage, the employees simply took their candles and went to sleep, telling us that the power would come on in the morning at 8. When we asked for the manager, they told us it was late now and he was sleeping. No one bothered to check with us if we needed anything, such as a flashlight or a bottle of water.In the morning the power didn't come on until ten o'clock and we decided not to put up with this nonsense any longer and since we had a flight the next morning we didn't want to risk staying here for a second night without power. We booked another hotel in Koutaisi and left. I would like to point out that the power outage was not a result of bad weather.because there are references in the comments to power outages and the summer.and the village had electricity. If you want to stay in a sanatorium, there are dozens of ruined ones here that have exactly the same amenities as the legends, absolutely nothing, but without the 67 EURO/night.
