"Csodálatos időutazás, pazar környezetben"

Hangulatos, romantikus, előkelő és nosztalgikus - álomszerű utazás volt a jelenből a múltba. Pazar szobánk volt, és nagyon segítőkész volt a recepciós, még egy kis bejárást is szervezett nekünk ingyen, a szálloda nem használt, régi részlegébe, ami különösen izgalmas volt. A reggeli választéka hatalmas, és nagyon finom, a szálloda parkja, felújított helyiségei és folyosója pedig gyönyörű. Bármikor visszatérnék ide.

We did not like anything about this stay. It was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel entirely.

Most concerning is that management attempts to portray our complaints as fabricated or imaginary, apparently unaware that many of the incidents described, were documented in recorded footage. We were a group of guests who made multiple separate reservations in advance due to travel arrangements. At no point did we extend our stay after check-in. The reservations were also non-refundable, making management’s implication particularly misleading. Equally false is the suggestion that we were satisfied during the “first part” of the visit. We ultimately left early because the atmosphere became increasingly hostile, intimidating, and dodgy. Regarding the hotel: The rooms were in serious disrepair, including damaged flooring, broken furniture, torn curtains, insects throughout the premises, and evidence of rodents. The food in restaurant during breakfast were disgusting, and not fresh. Equally concerning was the conduct of senior staff. Hospitality professionals do not insult guests, aggressively interrogate them over food deliveries, or pressure them into using hotel facilities. Yet that is precisely what occurred. Management’s claim that security staff merely “helpfully” collected the delivery is false. The courier was initially blocked from entering the property, and the director falsely claimed that food deliveries to hotels were prohibited worldwide while insisting that guests should eat exclusively at the hotel restaurant. That interaction was also documented. Management’s justification regarding transportation restrictions is similarly unconvincing given the hotel’s frequent large wedding events involving loud noise, intoxicated guests, shouting, and unrestricted vehicle access for wedding attendees and staff vehicles. Applying one set of rules to hotel guests and another to everyone else is selective enforcement, not “guest comfort.”

"Sanatoriums-Feeling für Nostalgiker"

Wir wählten hier bewusst so ein „postsowjetisches Ressort“ als Übernachtungsort aus und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles entsprach den Erwartungen, einschließlich des leicht morbiden Charmes der Anlage. Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Bad groß, WLAN stabil, Frühstück mit reicher Auswahl konnte sogar an der frischen Luft genossen werden. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, nachdem es verstanden hatte, dass wir tatsächlich dort wohnen.

Ausfall der Wasserversorgung am späten Abend, zum Glück ohne nennenswerte Konsequenzen für uns. Früh lief wieder alles, wenngleich die Toilettenspülung seitdem schon eine Art Dauerlauf eingelegt hatte. Ist eben alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Renovierungsarbeiten am Objekt waren aber deutlich im Gange.

"Shady Hotel With Horrible Service and Scam-Like Behavior"

Nothing, it is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is a shady place with horrible service. This hotel is a complete scam. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, with damaged floors full of holes, ants in the room, broken furniture, and torn curtains. There was even a mouse in my room, and the staff did not care at all. The food was terrible. The staff were unprofessional, inexperienced, and rude. The entire hotel, including the service and interior, feels stuck in Soviet times. The hotel director, a former taxi driver, behaved extremely rudely while pretending to be some kind of “big boss.” He would not allow guests to park near the hotel or arrive directly by taxi because he wanted guests to use the hotel’s transportation service and pay triple the normal price. Every time we asked why cars or taxis were not allowed near the hotel, we received different excuses. One time they claimed that cars would “destroy the asphalt.” Another time they said the asphalt had “just been installed.” Then they claimed it was because the building is “historical” and cars could not park nearby. The funniest part was that the hotel director and staff themselves arrived and parked their own cars at the hotel without any problem. The property constantly restricted taxi access to the hotel. Every time we arranged transportation, we were given different explanations, but in reality taxis were only allowed to stop halfway, forcing us to walk a long distance. This created serious difficulties for us because we were working on photoshoots and filming projects and had to carry heavy equipment bags. Repeatedly walking these distances with heavy equipment caused major inconvenience and physical strain. We have video evidence to support these claims. Another absurd rule imposed by the director was a ban on food delivery services. One day we ordered food through Wolt because the hotel food was disgusting.

"An intimidating and dishonest experience with aggressive staff and the hotel in poor condition."

I didn’t like anything. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life — awful stay, dirty rooms, aggressive staff, and constant restrictions.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was one of the worst and shadiest places we have ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty and falling apart: holes in the floor, ants, broken furniture, torn curtains, and even a mouse in the room. The entire place felt neglected and abandoned. There were insects in the hallways as well. The breakfast food was clearly not fresh and tasted disgusting. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no care for guests at all. The atmosphere felt extremely dodgy and uncomfortable, more like dealing with an organised criminal group from the 1990s than staying in a legendary hotel that presents itself as elegant and classic. The hotel director and the manager behaved aggressively , their manner of speaking and behaviour were intimidating and completely inappropriate for hospitality staff. The most absurd rule imposed by the director was banning food delivery services. One day we ordered food through Wolt, because the hotel food was terrible. The director blocked the courier from entering and falsely claimed that food deliveries to hotels are prohibited worldwide. He aggressively questioned why we were not eating at the hotel restaurant and insisted that guests should only eat hotel food. When we disagreed with him, both the director and the manager started threatening us. The situation escalated further when the director insulted us, calling us “barefaced” and “impudent” simply because we wanted to receive our food delivery. We have video proof of this behaviour. We ended up leaving the same day because the entire situation felt dishonest, intimidating, and unsafe. This place felt less like a real hotel and more like a scam operation trying to extract as much money as possible from guests. I would strongly advise anyone to stay elsewhere. Also Taxis were not allowed near the hotel, and every day we were given different ridiculous excuses. Meanwhile, the staff and director parked their own cars there without any issue.

"Enttäuschend!"

Lage

Wir waren mit großen Erwartungen im Hotel „Legends Tskaltubo Spa Resort“, da die Lage wirklich ausgezeichnet ist. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass Reparaturarbeiten im Hotel laufen. Darüber wurde bei der Buchung jedoch nirgendwo informiert. Die Schranke an der Einfahrt war defekt, was direkt einen schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Das Zimmer war in einem Zustand, den ich für ein Spa-Resort absolut unangemessen finde. Das Badezimmer sowie die Betten wirkten stark abgenutzt. Die Beleuchtung über dem Spiegel war kaputt. Der Balkon war praktisch nicht nutzbar. Besonders erschreckend waren die alten Gardinen und beschädigten Gardinenstangen – insgesamt wirkte vieles ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Auch das Restaurant konnte nicht überzeugen. Die Küche schien stark auf russische Besucher ausgerichtet zu sein. Das Brot wirkte alt, teilweise wie vom Vortag oder sogar älter. Geschirr und Besteck erinnerten eher an kommunistische Zeiten als an ein modernes Hotel. Zusammengefasst: Die gute Lage allein reicht nicht aus. Zustand, Ausstattung und Service liegen deutlich unter dem Niveau, das man von einem Spa-Resort erwarten darf.
