Kaab Coba

It's a very beautiful hotel with lush central gardens and a large pool. It was obviously built with conventions or large groups in mind. The lake is lovely, the sunsets spectacular. Although we saw other guests from time to time it felt largely empty. Quiet! On a hot day the pool area felt deliciously cool. The hotel is fairly near the archeological site. Someone who is reasonably fit could walk over there - maybe a half mile?

The reception desk is only staffed from about 3pm to 10pm. Odd. On our first morning there was no hot water. Maintenance got it going but it was only lukewarm at best. When we left there was no one to help with luggage. Since my husband has limited mobility I had to carry it all down steps and across a gravel parking lot. I'm 77. Help would have been nice and well-tipped.

Das Ambiente mit der Lagune war sehr schön, der große Pool im Innenhof ein absoluter Traum!

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach gehalten, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher dunkel. Es gab keine Klobrille und das Wlan war leider sehr schwach.

A 5 minutos andando de las ruinas, la piscina y la zona alrededor son espectaculares. Habitación amplia y muy limpia.

Aunque hay algún restaurante cerca, habríamos preferido que estuviera abierto el del hotel. Hay zonas del hotel que parecen sin uso, podrían cerrarlas o equiparlas para no dar sensación de abandono.

La Struttura è bella, mi sembra uno dei migliori della zona, con una zona piscina molto grande e ben attrezzata. Colazione buona, bella camera.. Tutto sommato una buona esperienza, a 5 minuti a piedi da sito archeologico e da alcuni buoni ristoranti.

In linea di Massima non mi ha deluso nulla.

Hôtel très bien situé à cinq minutes à pied, de l’entrée du site archéologique et en face du lac. C’est un bel hôtel qui bénéficie d’une belle piscine, grande et propre, dans un patio.

Je ne félicite pas du tout le directeur de l’établissement, il y a incontestablement du laisser-aller !! C’est un hôtel qui a un très beau potentiel, mais qui n’est pas entretenu. Les serviettes de la piscine sont trouées, la terrasse à l’entrée de l’hôtel mériterait d’être refaite, les planches sont cassées, les plantes sont déterrées dans les pots, l’eau dans les fontaines stagne… c’est dommage cela donne une mauvaise impression à l’arrivée alors que c’est un très bel établissement. !
