It is a beautiful hotel. Staff is trying to be really helpful. Very Nice pool. 5-10 minute walking from Coba ruins.

There are very few guests, and few staff Which makes the impression that the hotel is a bit deserted.

Beautiful setting. Walking distance to Ruins. Lovely lake view and a crocodile. Peaceful, super clean and friendly staff.

Personally nothing however a few basics missing in the room. Hand towel, bath mat and glasses. Being picky tbh

"Schönes Hotel mit Licht und Schatten"

Es ist schwer, das Hotel zu bewerten. Das Hotel ist riesig und durchaus nett gestaltet. Schöne Deko, stilvoll, schöner, großer Pool, tolle Plätze zum Sitzen, um den Wein oder ähnliches zu genießen, sauber, nettes Personal, helles Zimmer, großartige Lage am See. Das "Hauskrokodil", welches sich abends und morgens offenbar häufig am uberfluteten Steg zum Pavillon einfindet, hat uns besonders gut gefallen.. Die Maya-Stätte ist nah und mit dem Rad, welches man am Ausgang der Stätte nah der Straße mieten kann, kommt man zu den Cenotes in der Nähe. Super. Also alles okay? Nicht ganz. Dennoch möchten wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die positiven Seiten überwogen für uns eindeutig! Es hat viel Potential.

Leider war das Hotel sehr leer. Definitiv kein Fehler des Hotels! Coba ist eher nicht die erste Wahl bei Touris, was für uns gut, aber eigentlich schade ist. Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Tage dort. Sehr kleiner mexikanischer Ort mit gewisser Authentizität. Am 2. Tag kam zumindest eine Reisegruppe an. Dann hatten wir auch warmes Wasser:). Am Abend vorher leider nicht. Nun die Fragen aller Fragen; Warum hatten wir keine Klobrille??? Wir sind schon sehr viel gereist, aber das war einmalig! Man gewöhnt sich jedoch an alles :).. Wir gehen optimistisch davon aus, dass andere Zimmer über Klobrillen verfügen :). Ob es Frühstück oder Dinner gab, wissen wir nicht. Wir haben stets im Ort gegessen. Das war kein Problem.
