Mohaka River Farm

Fabulous!! We stayed at Fantail cottage. Too gorgeous!! We loved it!! Beautiful, warm, cosy and we didn’t want for anything. Took our own food. Kitchen totally catered for our needs. Did our horse trail ride with Fleur in the morning. Incredible!! We will be back! Haven’t stopped talking about our stay Xo

The cabin was not stand alone. The map suggests that it may be divided into two however there were at least 4 single rooms attached to ours which were not sound proofed, so could hear everything from the other rooms. The bbq was rusty and no foil provided so was not able to be used. The room was not clean with cobwebs everywhere which were old so had not been dusted. The table inside was hanging off the wall so was scared to put anything on it and you couldn’t sit outside because of the Utes tearing up the dirt road covering you in road dust. The linen was clean but the bed was awful with hard springs, neither person could move without the other person jumping all over the place. The shower was however amazing.

It's still a beautiful spot but was taken aback by the cyclone damage to the river. Very unfortunate. The pizza night was lovely and the staff very helpful.

Not enough milk provided for cups of tea and what I booked the sleeping arrangements weren't really suitable for 2 single people.

The location was fabulous, peaceful and tranquil. The BBQ facility was great and the walk around the property was lovely. It was warm enough to enjoy a swim in the river! Based on the location a very enjoyable stay.

When we arrived the entrance to the Property was fabulous and looked really nice. Once we got to the accommodation for the price paid was a little bit dated. The property could do with a makeover, or some renovations.

It was an absolutely stunning property with awesome accommodation in the A-Frame cabins!

There is nothing bad I can say about this stay!
