The location is perfect - everything is close to hand and had a vibe which was 24/7

Nothing - it’s was all lovely

We had to remove our own garbage. For this price and the fact it’s a 3 star hotel is not acceptable.

The location in the city center

Very well located, and not noisy

The location being right on the plaza and around the corner from the main street is unbeatable. It is very well taken care of and maintained. It feels safe, is quiet, and physically clean. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, we would stay here again!

The nonsmoking apartment smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that (as nonsmokers) it was unbearable. Ashes were in the kitchen trashcan when we arrived, we emptied it, we would open the windows to air it out, and it all made little to no difference. We notified the receptionist, who advised us to simply buy air freshener. We then received a text message from the hotel reminding us not to smoke in the apartment. Overall, this was just frustrating and unpleasant.

The apartment was beautiful and the location was absolutely beautiful. It was close to all areas that we needed to be and we loved the historic atmosphere. The room managers were very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.

The one and only complaint that we had is that some nights the bar down the street was a little too loud a little too late. We also received a message not to smoke in the room which was strange considering neither of us smoke. But other than that everything was perfect.
