The location was second to none. Superb views on Plaza Cervantes, including several storks nesting on church towers. Supermarket only four minutes away.

The sofa was a bit tired. There was a power socket right next to the shower.

The apartment was clean, new, with nice furniture and a great location.

There is no real breakfast included. You will find in the flat a caffelatte pod and One busquit for each day of your stay. That's it. You have to pick up the key and return them to a nearby hotel and you have to throw away the waste. A bit too Airbnb style for a 'Hotel-Apartamentos'

The location of the apartment is perfect and near everything in Alcala. Despite being at the busy Plaza Cervantes, we did not hear any noise, especially at night when it can be quite noisy. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. There was no view of the plaza outside, which was fine for us, but you do have a view of the neighbouring apartments. All the rooms have heating and air conditioning. There is not a safe in the apartment, however the door to the street and to the apartment seemed very secure when locked. We did not feel security was an issue. The key collection was simple and at the El Bedel hotel, which is just across the other side of Plaza Cervantes.

Bit odd, but there wasn't a plug in the kitchen sink so it cannot be filled with water. The TV/Sofa setup was not ideal as the TV is side on to the sofa.

The apt was large and got a nicely equipped kitchenette. It is in a building overlooking the Cervantes plaza but only the top floors have a good view. And the people that checked me in were very attentive and kind. Alcala is very close to the airport and is a great city to spend the day before a flight.

Checkin is at the reception at a hotel across the plaza. A minor inconvenience.

The location was wonderful as was the cleanliness of the property. So many restaurants, coffee shops and the most delicious pastries just steps away. It was perfect for our group. The bed was very comfortable. Soap dispenser in the kitchen was nice. One in the bathroom would be nice as well. Hotel check-in was great. The staff was so nice and helpful.

The water heater was tiny and takes a long time to reheat. I wonder if the heater turns off after a specific time. Most showers were cool to cold but started with hot water that ran out. A few more mirrors in the house would help to get ready as there is only one bathroom. Our apartment didn't have square views but that wasn't a big deal to us.

I loved the location and the apartment was very modern. Lovely views from the apartment! Very tranquil for been in the middle of Plaza Cervantes.

The sofa was a bit over used. The bed frame made too much noise. But the mattress was pretty good. Dishes could be less modern and more practical... ikea's dishes were fine. An inventory of kitchen pots is needed. A simple drip coffee maker could be a great idea for the people who loves to drink coffee. The current one is fine but not enough coffee for a cup.
