"Could not stay, was told it was not their problem that the system overbooked them."

Worst experience and unhelpful staff, had do find alternative accommodation at 7:30 pm after I received a confirmation of my booking and the funds were already deducted fron my card.

"Overall it was a great stay"

It was a last-minute booking. The place was clean and neat. The room was well prepared

The Wi-Fi connection is bad. It keeps on dropping and ended up not connecting at all.

Good facilities

They made me stand outside for an hour because they said my booking wasn’t paid for despite showing them the confirmation that money had left my account ,they said I must pay another 1045 rand even tho they saw I had paid . After that a women just entered my room in the morning out of no where
