Modern & contemporary Great location, amazing views. Well equipped. Comfortable bed.

They ask you to wash up. But we came across dirty crockery placed in the cupboard so had to wash up before use. Tap in the bathroom faulty, water pressure good but that tap not working properly

Not the property fault but entrance was yuck. Must have been some part people dropping food and drinks etc but it got cleaned up eventually

The views are spectacular. Better than anywhere I have stayed in Brisbane. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities I needed.

The bed was very low to the floor.

Lovely location in Fortitude valley, comfortable room with great facilities, a lovely balcony, and a good view over the city. The folder of information abut the area was very useful. Great restaurants nearby.

You have to access the apartment remotely using a code sent by the host. The host wanted a photocopy of my passport. Booking.com says not to send copies of the passport via text etc, but I could not get my copy to go through via the Booking.com site so I sent it via text which made me nervous. We were walking from another hotel to this location and so needed to drop our bags off as soon as possible, at the check-in time. We got the code at the last minute, which was another worry. There is a list of fines in the folder with information about the apartment and the location, saying what will be charged if you don't empty the rubbish before you leave etc. This seems a bit aggressive.
