"Ideal for a short stay in a lively and interesting part of the city."

Great location, sadly, for lightening your wallet at the many interesting shops and restaurants nearby. The flat is in good condition and pretty clean but building maintenance could be improved a bit, including cleaning the windows.

It is right next to the lifts which might concern some although we light sleepers were not disturbed. Street noise from revellers on the weekend did wake us though.

"A nice venue with a couple of fixits."

Locality was central to our needs.

Cold water pressure to bathroom & kitchen sinks was a trickle at best. Needs rectifying. Bedroom blinds need to block out light completely. Not compatible to late risers.

Location was spot on.

We are very careful with other people's property, and we would be willing to make financial amends if anything was broken or stained. A folder reminding us that we should be careful is something new.
