Iman Homestay Ubud

Iman Homestay Ubud is situated in the center of Ubud on a pedestrian street. So when you leave a house you immediately dive into a street with cafes. It is a homestay, not a hotel. The rooms are situated in a three-storeyed building. Nearby you can find a small pond with fish. I liked a spacious room. The space is enough for exercises or yoga practices. On the balcony you can sit and relax or eat something as there is a table.

During my stay there were some construction works nearby.

It's right in the Ubud's centre, on our favorite street, and although it requires light renovation it's nice and good value. We enjoyed our stay here.

The place is well situated and near the main facilities, and the staff are friendly and pleasant. The area is dark and a little intimidating at first but it turned out to be quite safe and friendly.

The toilet didn't work - didn't flush, so a bucket had to be filled and used as a flush. The shower was a trickle, so again I used the bucket so be able to shower. There is only cold water for the shower.

In the heart of Ubud. Great location with a lot of restaurants, shops, spa. Very kind and nice staff. Comfortable bed. Very Good value for the money.

should fix the little bathroom’s window (the lock is broken. i was afraid of monkeys) The others is BEST!! The staffs very kind, we got free breakfast & lunch in nyepi day (very kind of the owner) Can see mountain from here, the 4th floor view is cool! No noise from busy central area. Calm and was a pleasant to stay here.

Lovely and very helpful staff! The breakfast was really good and served on your balcony. Great locaiton and large rooms with a big balcony. Absolutely recommend!

The location is awesome. - that’s it for me, nothing more

The room has nothing to do with the pictures shown… It wasn’t bad but was just a plain room. The bathroom on the other hand was pretty ugly. Cement ground, no decent shower, just a tube to get water; cement wall. An old wc and sink. Any of the windows of room closed properly… the bathroom one didn’t even have something to lock it, was just a wood frame. The big ones in the room were broken and one couldn’t just be locked with got with my nerves. There were people working on the ceilings next to the guest house so couldn’t leave the curtains open and enjoy much of the other ceilings view… Early morning before sunrise was woken up due to hearing steps outside the room, and couldn’t make it due to the windows. I left early. They said that the fancy rooms are the one on the upper floor and were already sold out plus, I got to get a booking discount and that’s why my room was “ugly”.
