Fantastic! Great value for money

Nice property in a good location, centre of Ubud close to most things. Breakfast wasn’t too bad and it was brought to the room. Big comfortable bed! They kindly left a little message on the bed for my birthday which was nice. Air con in the room. Nice little balcony area.

I underestimated the noise the cockerels make in the morning, they were non stop from about 4am.

Perfect location: right in the Ubud city centre. Great shops next door. Walking distance to Monkey forest. Or 5 min drive. Great breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room and bathroom. Amazing view from balcony.

There were roosters next door so if you have light sleep you might wake up at night

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from Ubud palace the art market and tourist information center and 10 mins walk from monkey forest. The homestay is set to the side of road packed with restaurants all at great prices and amazing food. Location is this hotels highlight. The room was a fantastic size and you had a private outside seating area to enjoy breakfast .

As previous reviewers said there are morning wake up calls from the neighbourhood cockerel but it did not bother me that much. The facilities are basic ( no TV kettle hair dryer shampoo shower gel etc) but that was part of its charm. I had breakfast pineapple pancake which in honesty was very average so chose to eat out the rest of the mornings. The hotel is clean but rustic.

Fantastic location in a nice neighborhood, the Homestay was at the end of an alley, just around the corner from the shops and restaurants

The neighbors are building a house, but didn’t had to much nuisance from the construction work

I didn’t do breakfast there

No Air conditioner,no hot water not a good bed . Stable fan was there which use to get off in middle.

Lovely, clean and very comfortable bed. Perfect place right next to awesome busy street.
