"Lovely little Scottish Inn!"

Lovely, friendly staff. Cosy room. Perfect location in Peebles, walkable to everything. Lovely gift basket of goodies in room (such as biscuits and cereal bars and fruit etc.). Loved the highland cow bedding. Spacious room with sofa as well.

Bathroom was separate to our room, down the hallway past other rooms, but this wasn't a major issue.

"Perfect room, quiet and comfortable. I stayed four nights and used the bar only one or two times."

Room facilities were 'spot-on', Dave was very helpful, location ideal.

Bar area a bit 'sad', place is due a refurb and needs it. No food, no cask ales.

Clean, nice rooms. Great location within walking distance to many things. They left some water and snacks on the desk which was a nice touch.

The bed was a bit hard and thin.

"Nice hotel in Peebles"

Great location near the high street. Great view from bedroom. The host was superb. Nice bar underneath the hotel
