Good facilities, with lots of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cakes available. Comfortable, warm room.

Struggled to get the shower to be anything other than lukewarm which wasn't so great on a cold October morning.

Room was spacious clean but dated room had lots of water biscuits and cakes as well as tea and coffee

Quiet and comfortable

I loved that it was a quiet place ...no fuss.no pretence. Mike was v.good at making me feel at home. Tv in strange viewing place and fir me impossible to navigate! Plenty of sweet stuff on guest tray with bottled water renewed daily...very clean sheets and towels and comfortable big bed. Ill visit again...🦋🎉

For the money all was very good.

All good. Check in was easy and friendly. Asked for an extra blanket (I always do this in winter), and no trouble whatsoever. Was directed to a couple of recommended eateries, and finished up at The Crown hotel, where I had a very satisfactory meal and chat with the regulars and bar-staff.
