the most worst night in thai booking was 300+ we came late and already booking was confirmed… but once we arrive manager said no u didn’t paid and the room is 700 u have to pay otherwise u go …

The overall experience is ok. The owner refused for daily cleaning with excuse of Covid-19 restrictions. However, there was nothing like that. Its access to market was good however, it is far from BTS.

I booked a room on booking for 638THB. The guesthouse precharged my card with 100THB. After arrived, the staff told that there is extra 100THB service fee, if the room booked by agoda or booking. I called the "owner" but person was very rude. I told the staff that I got charged 100THB ready but they told I need to pay the full price of my stay and the service charge in cash at check in. So I paid 738THB in cash. After my stay, I got alert that they tried to charge my card with other 538THB but luckily I freeze my card so they couldn't. So they got 838THB from me. The room was too small, not 37m² and not like on the pictures and description. Not so clean. The ac was very old and even set for 26C and lowest fan speed was too cold. The glass in the window was broken.

Totally disaster
