Great location................... Staff helpful and friendly . Food quite basic ...... Room clean but small..fridge useful and good size balcony with ok view of street and partial view of see Very good value ......really nice beer and vodka and coke were my favourite

Do not go here the food is absolutely appalling the drinks are watered down and limited variety too. Boiled eggs for breakfast every morning no other choice of egg, the rest was pure slop who wants sloppy cold mash or cold spicy wedges for breakfast. Evening food was no better it was spaghetti bolognaise one night but it was just a sauce no meat in it and they had this for 4 nights in a row. The alcoholic drinks were distgusting and undrinkable I asked for vodka and lemonade and god knows what it was but it certainly wasn’t that, No iron in the room. Staff not friendly at all. Had to eat and drink out every day and night .

Our experience at this hotel was extremely bad and disappointing. When we arrived, the staff asked to 'just check' if our card was working, without any explanation or clear procedure. It turned out that they charged the card, but gave us a completely different story. The restaurant was another major issue. The food served for breakfast or lunch was reused for dinner, just slightly altered. This resulted in serious stomach problems, which troubled me for nearly 20 days after returning home. Unfortunately, my brother also experienced similar issues. The food was constantly repeated, and you feel afraid to eat certain dishes because you're not sure how long they've been sitting out. Additionally, the staff doesn't speak English, so communication was mostly through Google Translate, which made the stay even more difficult. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences we've had, and we definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They cancelled our booking and gave our room to someone else for no reason whatsoever when we have already reserved the room. When we arrived the guy at the desk made us wait for 30min before telling us the news, he hardly spoke english so we couldnt even communicate with him. Our flights were delayed this was at 5am we were absolutely shattered and we had a baby with us and just needed a bed to sleep. He lied to us and told he will take us to thesame branch hotel that is two minutes away. It was a lie it was another hotel with horrible facilities ( no toilet paper , broken showers and sinks) . It was just a nightmare. Never again! I would stay away if I was you.

The lunch food was to a reasonable standard.

Booked due to trip advisor reviews. Foul customer service. Saving images of my full card details, leading to me needing to order a new card. bed linen. Phone calls at 3am demanding further payments from us. Air conditioning in room was faulty. We ended up booking another hotel immediately while we were abroad and stayed there. No compensation received for the confidentiality breach. Very unsatisfied.

Otelin konumu ve kendine ait otoparkı olması çok iyi. Personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü için teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak çok iyi lezzet olarak geliştirilebilir.

Central Location all staff exceptional with the exception of the roof terrace bar manager had no time for English apart from him this hotel was faultless would stay here again

Roof Terrace Bar Manager was the only thing that let the hotel down

Det var en skuffelse… Værelserne lugter meget meget gammel bygning. Købt all inklusive men det var ikke alt der var inkluderet… Drikker vare meget billig mærklige vare aldrig har set.. Værelserne bliver sprøjtet med insekt middel… lugter af insekt middel hvilken er meget u sundt… masser sølvfisk i værelserne derfor sprøjter det med insekt middel.. jeg måtte desvære tjek ud igen med det samme uden ønske af refundering af penge.

I had a wonderful experience. Nice room with view the the city. Good location, close to the beach and shopping area. Good food and drinks. Efficient and fast service. My room was cleaned every single day. Most important thing that is very attentive, polite and the nicest staff. Totally recommend!
