Excellent location, with lovely river views. Apartment was clean, and well equipped. A/C and room fans worked well to give a comfortable temperature. The apartment worked well for us as a family of 3 - if you had mobility issues it may not suit.

The only (small) downside was that we couldn't get into the apartment until 13:30 - we arrived in Porto about 10.30. But it meant we got to sit and relax at nearby cafe and watch the world go by!

The apartment was centrally located off of the pier. It was large and spacious. It only had one restroom, I wish it had two. We stayed for a total of three nights, however, there was no type of Room service, meaning it would’ve been nice to have some new towels after the second day. We used the same towels, for three nights. There was three of us and they provided exactly 3 towels only. The apartment had a great view of the water and overlooking across to the Gaia district. It was conveniently walkable to pretty much everything. There is no lift/elevator Coming up and down four flights of stairs is a lot. If you have any type of mobility issues, this is not the place for you.

Tolle Lage mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf den Douro, mitten in der Altstadt. Besser geht es nicht.

Leider waren die Betten für uns zu hart.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect for the river and we enjoyed the amazing view. This is a very old building, restored and has a lot of character - so very unique. Communication with staff and check-in instructions were clear. However, our requests for towel change got ignored repeatedly, sadly. We did find a large bag of clean towels in the hallway though… Property was reasonably clean. We would recommend this location for it’s uniqueness.

El Ruido las camas era todo incómodo no se lo recomiendo a nadie mira tú que son las 23:30 de la noche he y la gente no para de subir bajar del piso corriendo en el de arriba haciendo uam De ruido loquísimo es más nos vamos a ir ahora mismo para coruña porque no aguantamos el solape del cuerpo en estas camas y el ruido es peor que se lea y que hagan algo y voy a reclamar por lo menos la mitad de lo que pague por qué no cumple con lo que se dice y es una broma este establecimiento Noe o desayuno espero
