The location is everything!

The bed is well made, but the floor is dirty. There are so many hairs on the floor. And the last day of our stay, suddenly the electricity was off and on and off again and again.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement qui est top mais ça ne fait pas tout. Le reste est tellement minable que je ne comprends même pas comment il peut y avoir de bons commentaires. À moins qu’il y ait une arnaque quelque part…

À fuir absolument – une honte pour Booking ! L’appartement est resté bloqué dans les années 70. Tout est vieux, abîmé, et la déco est d’une laideur affligeante. Le mobilier est cassé un peu partout, l’accès à la mezzanine est une vraie galère et la literie est catastrophique : matelas creusés, inconfort total, on dort mal du début à la fin. Avant l’arrivée, impossible de joindre qui que ce soit : uniquement des messages automatiques qui ne servent à rien. Aucun service client, aucune attention, rien , même pas une bouteille d’eau à 180 € la nuit ! Je sais ce n’est pas obligatoire mais quand même il y a un minimum à partir d’un certain prix C’est un vrai piège à touristes, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Seul point positif : l’emplacement. Pour le reste, c’est une honte que Booking laisse encore ce genre de logement en ligne. Booking devrait vraiment envoyer des contrôleurs et faire le tri. Dommage je ne peux pas mettre plus de photos

The apartment’s location was outstanding — close to excellent dining options and many of Porto’s key sights. The views were the real highlight: the Douro River and the iconic bridge were literally right outside our window, creating a picture-perfect backdrop. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the fixtures all worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. The AC functioned well, though we didn’t need it much in November. Getting into the property was simple, and the host’s instructions and communication were excellent. Overall, the apartment offered great value for the price — very stylish and upscale for the rate.

The layout was a bit tight — the bed was so large that it blocked the wardrobe drawers, making them difficult to access. The upstairs neighbors were quite noisy at night, with a lot of running and banging that carried easily into the apartment. The supplied linens were limited — just two towels and no washcloths — and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. However, when we asked for more towels, they were brought promptly, which we appreciated.

De locatie en het uitzicht. Het is aan de rivier in de wijk Ribeira, midden tussen alle activiteiten en restaurants. Het appartement is compleet, bed em badkamer zijn prima..

De woonkamer is erg basic en het meubilair oud en smoezelig.

Location location location! Also, unbeatable views of Ribeira, Gaia and Douro River. Large family room and beds were comfortable.

No inside door knob on apartment door - need to have the key in the lock to pull door open - if not, could be trapped in case of emergency. Minimally stocked kitchen not conducive to preparing much more than a fried egg on toast or can of soup.

We adored this apartment. For once a listing's pictures didn't do it enough justice - the view was exceptional and the unit is huge! The host provided excellent and detailed information. Picking up the keys was super easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beds were pretty stiff, but not a deal-breaker.

Position centrale avec une vue imprenable sur le Douro et le pont DOM Luís I. Parfait.

Matériel un peu vieillot. Lit très dur et bruyant
