"Nice relaxing stay in Palma close to center"

Very nice and convenient location very close to the center you can reach everything on foot in 15 minutes apartment is modern and very clean the hosts are amazing and helpful and the Mediterranean Welcome Box was great!

The area is very noisy due to a kindergarten nearby so if you plan to sleep in later thats the only downside

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de la ciudad, estaciones de bus, supermercados y restaurantes. A nuestra llegada estaba limpio y preparado para nosotros. El personal nos dio toda la información por WhatsApp antes de nuestra llegada.

El sofá cama está viejo y suena demasiado (Lo podrían cambiar). La cocina podría estar mejor equipada, tiene un par de ollas y algunos utensilios que para una estancia un poco más larga se quedan bastante cortos. Se escucha todo lo que los vecinos del piso de arriba hacen y más cuando tienen niños.

Good sized modern apartment and bedroom was very comfortable. Nice spacious kitchen too and living area. Full size fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery all provided. Smart tv and wifi in the apartment also. Communication from managers very good and they were prompt to respond to queries.

The apartment we stayed in was up a few floors of some very steep steps. We knew that from previous reviews so it wasn’t unexpected. Some cushions for the outdoor furniture might be considered? It is also worth noting that bins for the area are portable and left in certain areas of the city in the evenings from 7pm to 12pm. Guests are asked to dispose of rubbish (which we did on the night before we left) but we had further rubbish that we were unable to dispose of at 7.30am when we were leaving as no bins outside close by.
