Location is perfect, easy entrance, well equiped. Lot of space. Just great.

Location was fab. Apartment easy to access despite steep stairs. Fantastic communication via WA very good all round.

Sofa bed is not that comfy prob need new matress

The unit was clean and charming. It was easy to get in and out. It also has a little courtyard on the back, which is used by the unit only. The facilities in the unit were in very good condition. The hot water supply was plenty, with good water pressure. The location is convenient.

The location was fantastic - so near to everything including the bus/train station, cathedral, beach, port, shops. And yet it was quiet and felt very safe. There was a good buzz about the neighbourhood.

Maybe the walls were a little thin as I could hear someone snoring one night! The fridge could have been better cleaned.

if you’re looking for location, this is a good flat. It was also recently refurbished, the flat overall is comfortable.

At the price paid, you expected something better. There’s both a series of “physical” as well as “service” criticisms. Nothing really important (just a few examples: dark flat, no doors between divisions, boiling tap in the shower, lack of regular cleaning, no face-to-face service at all, no shower gel at check-in…) but the sum of it feels like it’s just extracting the maximum from visitors while providing the minimum.

Kitchen facilities excellent, bed comfortable, great respite from hot weather, quiet yet central location with excellent Mallorca bars and restaurants close by, 10 mins easy walk to clean, well kept beach. Area was clean and safe, really get to immerse yourself in local life. Close to all areas and attractions if Palma.

Seating area outside was always in shade. Starting to need a freshen up paint wise inside.

Modern interior, clean and well equipped. Good communication with the Agent. The situation is very good. Quiet area at night but lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by.

We were in the top apartment and the stairs are incredibly steep. The bathroom is more or less a unit within the apartment. It has a sliding door and the walls are open at the top into the bedroom. A distinct lack of privacy. Also we were unable to use the terrace in the day as the school children in the building opposite could see directly into the terrace (and the apartment if the curtains were drawn). The children were also very noisy from 8 am.

Great roof terrace. Good location.

Steep, narrow stairs to get to the apartment. Not a problem daily but tricky with suitcases.
