The steep stairs but understand the reason.

Location was perfect. A real surprise as to what was around

Sofa bed could was not good. As advertised as a sofa bed we we're dependent on this. Staff need to try. A nice touch would have been a small welcome pack just as a something to have when arranging from a long journey

the location of the apartment is great, in the center, walking distance to the bus station and the beach, available connection to the airport. the kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is a very welcome addition on vacation. whatsup communication with the host was fast and trouble-free, we were allowed to drop things off at the apartment before check-in time.

the accommodation really has many advantages, but the shortcomings left a really deep impression on us. on the day of arrival, we were surprised by the requirement to pay a deposit (in addition to the payment for accommodation) or to purchase insurance for the damage caused. this fee was not disclosed in advance. there are very, very steep stairs in the building to the apartments, we were a young childless couple with small luggage and it was still quite uncomfortable. the bed is a matter of preference - not too comfortable mattress and pillows for us. the couch is expandable, but I do not recommend sleeping on it - the sleeping surface is crooked and very uncomfortable. the floors in the building are paper thin. you can almost hear every word, every movement of the neighbors above and below you, at night the spoken word is very loud, you can hear every time the neighbors go to the toilet or from the shower.

I have to rate this place compared to the price unfortunately, but I will start with the positives. Check in was easy, very communicative and the place is in a great central location. Apartment was also modern looking and clean.

for the price, this is not worth it in my opinion. So much money, yet they do not provide even a couple of tea bags or coffee capsules or 1 bottle of milk. They also only provided 2 toilet rolls for our stay, and when we requested more (around 5pm one day) they advised they could deliver the next day. Not ideal if it was an emergency. It appears they have crammed in as many apartments into a small space as possible, without soundproofing. You can hear upstairs and downstairs apartments when they are in. If you are using the sofa bed, it is very uncomfortable. But also it is situated in the living room where the design of the apartment complex means that if someone switches the light on the stairwell, you will get bright light where the sofa bed is, as there is a glass wall from the hallway to the living room. The feeling of this place is not individual apartments, but rather a house divided and can feel like you are living in a house but with separate rooms. They also ask that you take your trash with you at the end. This is not a major problem, and we did clear the recycling to keep it clean etc. However we did have to leave some items from breakfast when getting an early taxi to the airport. Again, I would emphasize, we are paying a lot of money, and all these small things add up to many inconveniences. I don't want to be harsh, and it is a nice modern apartment, however if the owner chooses to charge so much money, then we can expect high standards, and they can take the feedback when provided. This should be marketed €70-€100 less a night, regardless of location, but maybe thats the world we live in now.  I recommend take a hotel with more conveniences.

Nice location in the historic downtown but on a bit quieter side street. Comfy bed, nice little outdoor area for eating breakfast.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the old city, shops, food, metro and the market. Easily accessible from the airport using public transit. 20mins ride

We did not have oversized luggage but beware that this flat on 4th floor - stairs only.
