Central position in Palma. Kind staff.

Not clean!!! I even found a cockroach in the apartment!! Not worth it for the price.. too overpriced for what it is.

The flat was really big and nice for 2 people. It seemed to be renovated years ago but well-maintained!

I think there is a school across the street. It gets really loud in the entire morning on a week day. One does not hear it much in the bedroom but if anyone is going to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, use ear plugs. In general sound proof is not so good. One can hear almost everything from the street, upstairs and the stair case. We had someone upstairs walking around the flat with high heels. It was very loud. It didn’t bother me much but I see this can be annoying.

The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and also 10-12 min walk to the beach. There are nice caffès and restaurants around, a couple of supermarkets in the walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy to cook at home. All the appliances are in great condition.

The one thing that wasn’t comfortable- there were no electricity sockets at the kitchen for the teapot and the toaster. But we could plug them in at the living room.

We were in the old city itself and could walk to all the sights..It was also quiet at night and we always felt safe. The Cathedral and beach were only minutes away. Most importantly Gina from the office was very helpful on What's App and was always quick to respond to our queries.This made checking in a breeze. My only comment is the steep flight of stairs which may be an issue with luggage. Totally recommended!👍

Property was nicely done out with largish bedroom. About 12 mins walk to the cathedral in a quiet location.

Can’t do anything about the steep stairs but for anyone with mobility issues or young kids I don’t think the property would have been suitable. Fairly expensive but I think that’s just Mallorca prices!
