I would recommend it to anyone who want to spend a night or so at Vryburg,service was lit,I will use it over and over

The bathroom had tiles falling off. The shower head had be fastened with a plastic. Even better we had no hot water.

I had Booked a room online but with my arrival they say I haven't book my name isn't there had to sleep at a garage 72058692962996

The reception lady could be more helpful. Customer service ettiquette is required, not tell me that they can't accept my email confirmation unless they receive it on their email and telling me to wait, was rather rude. In contrast the gentleman, who assisted with opening the gates, came to my assistance.

My online booking wasnt found when I originally booked and received an email confirmation. called into venue to confirm and a manual booking was kept on arrival. So we did not benefit from the Hotel mobile online booking. Only one pillow each. Abit uncomfortable. But you can expect anything from a 3 star rating.

My stay was great and all my expectations we met.

We had a poor service,there was no refreshments (drinking water)and not enough plugs. Worst was the towels, they were old and there was no hands towel at all in the room.They came to clean the room in the morning and i appreciate that,but they took the dirty towels and they didn't bring clean ones we had to call them at night to ask for a towels. They brought only one towel and it was old and torn. Gate still not working even now,we had to push it to open and it was heavy.

Bad experience. Facility not even close to what is depicted on webpage. No soap. No wall plug where fridge is. No wifi. Bed is broken. Advertised as self-catering...not even a microwave. two coffee sachets with one cremora sachet.

Poor poor establishment and the staff working there don't really care. Arrived there at about 7.15 pm after a 4+ hour drive from Johannesburg. It was in total darkness due to loadshedding. A generator was started close to my room and it was noisy. There wasn't any soap, shower gel or lotion in the room. I had to go and ask for some soap. Only a bath towel was provided. No hand towel. I tried to sleep at about 10pm but a whole lot of people checked in at that late hour (teachers and school kids). It was absolute chaos with kids shouting and running up and down the passages outside, teachers singing and the staff at reception laughing at the top of their voices with the new guests. I went to reception and laid a complaint about the noise but nothing was done. I tolerated it for about an hour, nothing changed and people simply didn't settle into their rooms. I decided to leave because I had an early meeting the next morning. I changed into my clothes, re-packed my bags, found another place to stay at that late hour and left. When I handed my room key back at reception and told them I was leaving I simply received an "eish". No questions, no responses, nothing. Even at that time there were still students walking all over the place, talking outside, sitting in cars and socialising etc. This place is totally unacceptable and will be red flagged by our organisation and our partners.

The gates are broken and you physically have to open them. There was no water and we had to bath in other rooms, when we finally got the water, it was cold. Imagine a cold shower. Even if there were issues with the municipality regarding water issues, there were no notices in the rooms to this effect. The owners were not available to sort out these problems, instead they were calling us to explain. The staff tried their best to assist us. The rooms have bedside lamps which are for decorative purposes only. The TV sets don't have remote controls and you have to physically switch the TV off. The room that we were sleeping in had the shower splashing water on the floor, I used the towel to stand on after showering and the following day, I didn't get a towel. The light switch in the room where you put your clothes and your cases in, was not working and the ceiling is gaping & the ceiling paint in the bathroom is peeling off. I just wonder if the owners / management read these reviews, because some of the things I mentioned have been mentioned before and are still not sorted out. It's a pity because the garden is very nice and the inside is definitely a turn off. I will not be visiting this place even if it's for free. As they say, if you book at this place, it is at your own risk.
