Loved the view from balcony and location. Was close to everything

Had a few issues in first couple of days - leaking washing machine, no clothes dryer to hang clothes on, TV not working. Staff did respond promptly though to rectify. Water pressure in shower terrible

The key box was difficult to open, The toilet flushing system was not operating well. Even after the intervention of the technician. This was the only minus , the rest was oke

Brilliant location close to a great shopping centre and walking distance of restaurants, ferry etc. Found the complex/area to be clean, quiet, and safe. Useful to have the airport transfer service. The balcony and sea view was the main highlight for us. Good shower and kitchen with oven/hob, crockery and small dishwasher. Washing machine and clothes airer also provided.

Only complaint was the uncomfortable couch with metal rod sticking out as other reviewers mentioned.

Good location near to bus stops and ferry for easy transit into Valletta. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Balcony was nice for breakfast with sea views.

Furniture is starting to suffer from wear and tear. Wardrobe doors come if rails too easily, one drawer broken, safe did not work, and took 3 days to fix the tv. The couch was in fact 2 armchairs that were not that comfortable

Excellent position close to the shore, harbour and numerous restaurants. Sun on balcony majority of the day. Kitchen well equipped with air con in living space and bedroom. Excellent sea views.

No instructions for TV or safe. TV subscription not available for first three days which was disappointing. Temp gage on oven difficult to read. This hasn't put us off booking the apartment again tho as this didn't ruin our stay and it is in the perfect position for what we wanted.

No toaster but one was quickly provided. Unfortunately it caused a blackout due to a blown fuse. This was quickly sorted by the agent. They were very responsive.

I have sent the following to the property manager -- still no response after 3 working days Phone calls to Buena Vista office to report problem kept on dialing out. No hot water for 4 days despite 1 answered call then 4 unanswered calls & 1 message left on Buena Vista phone number ...then it took approx. all afternoon to fix. Floor uneven(unfinished) in bedroom resulting in numerous stubbed toes. Unsafe, small & not easy to see steps in living area resulting in many trips. Lounge is broken meaning it was very uncomfortable. No instruction how to operate equipment in unit i.e. television, meaning we were only able to use YouTube, when we wanted to view sport from UK The lift was worrying to use as there was always a thud noise when you use it . I would not under any circumstances recommend this apartment to any one in its present state. It needs all of the furniture replaced as it is either worn out or broken – the steps are a definite worry – as is the flooring in the bedroom!
