Stylish Seaview Apartment In a Prime Location

Sofa was mainly big and comfortable to lounge on and watch TV. Air con was easy to use and effective. Generally well finished and was a good size. Location is fantastic. 5 mins to a place to swim and ferry to valetta or other excursions but also lots of places to eat nearby. Tea and coffee on arrival is appreciated (milk would have been better) Balcony and view is great. Balcony gets the sun which is great, but no shade, which is not great depending on the weather. Check-in was reasonably easy and friendly.

We saw cockroaches on three separate occasions in the communal areas/stairwell/elevator. Though thankfully never in the apartment which clean. An enormous 35 euro charge for late check-in not mentioned until after booking An enormous 200+ euro deposit not mentioned prior to booking. Unclear whether they're using this money they're taking from people to fix things as a number of things are still broken that people complained about in earlier reviews. Took a long time to come back and ignored emails asking about where it was. Sofa was partly broken with large metal rod inside sticking into your back - still liked the sofa overall though! Bed was creaky which could disturb sleep if someone was a bad sleeper. Hob didn't work and very little effort was made to get it fixed while we were there. Very poor communication overall, in fact I had a person with keys try to get into our apartment while were there with no warning, and the company didn't even seem to know who it was or why they were there - alarming! Marketed to me without my consent but then didn't respond to me on my request for an airport transfer, right up until late on the day prior they gave no response. Ignored messages they didn't want to answer generally e.g. when I asked what the justification for late check-in fee was.

The host was understanding when flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected

The apartment was in the perfect area with a beautiful sea view from the balcony,we loved the walks along the seafront and stopping for something to eat and drink or just people watching. At the bottom of the road you can catch a bus to sliema or Valletta .

Very hot on the balcony it could have done with a shade .The bed creeks when we got in and out of it .We stayed for 2wks and in the booklet it said someone would come in to change bedding and towels if staying for 2wks but the staff said we"d have to pay extra for that so I washed them myself.

Very nice staff although could have been more informative for tourists like us from Canada. Prime location!!!!!

Only two of everything for two weeks, 2 garbage bags, 2 towels, 2 dishwasher pods, etc. We had to buy everything ourselves and at the price, it should have been included. Bed was very noisy!!! Couch was broken.

Les bons points d’abord: tout près d’un stationnement (payant - tres difficile de stationner sur la rue), la communication etait facile, la configuration de l’appartement et la grandeur étaient bien, 2 air climatisé muraux qui fonctionnaient bien, transport offert vers l’aéroport Points négatifs: propreté (moisissure dans la douche, poignées des armoires dans la cuisine collantes, planchers salle entre les planches), le lit craque très fort (impossible de se lever ou se coucher sans réveiller son partenaire), aucune pression d’eau
