The hotel is located next to the waterpark. Very convenience. It is also close to the beach
Poor hotel facilities - no customer service after 5pm, old furniture, broken pipe hose. Other facilities like breakfast are provided only on sunday morning. No signage about the hotel name on the street. It was very difficult to find the hotel at night. I have random people on the street. The lake is not taking care. The playground has rusty metal

It's definitely a SCAM. This hotel cancelled my room because of overbooking on their system on the 25 May 2024. This hotel even charged me two times on the same amount on my debit card as the hotel was the one who cancelled on me because of their poor management. They shouldn't charge me in the first place because I chose to pay at the property in the system, but this scammer hotel overcharged me for two same amounts and I didn't even get a room on that day. The funny part is they don't even cancel my booking on the Booking.com system, that's why I can write a review here. However, Booking.com only refunded me on 29 May 2024 for one of the charges only, and I didn't even get back the other refund up until July 2024. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK!
