My confirmed reservation was rejected because of overbooking. Booking.com informed me that payment could be made at the reception. But reception said it should be made upfront. Now my credit card was charged for no show. Your above queries are irrelevant. It's really a nightmare....

I found a cockroach in the bathroom, shower water will leak until outside of the door and make your room’s floor wet, the floor is not clean enough, I couldn’t understand why should they put the plant inside the room its make it worse. Please do something for better environment in the room.

when u are cancel our room,please notify us early. we are nit stay at sekinchan because of ur cancellation without notice
change ur system,pay directly,not pay at property. dont ever just kick out other customer booking just because they pay at property. it was because you are stated in ur offer!
