Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. The place is very close to SM Fairview and the Fairview Terraces.

The SM Fairview shopping mall 😊. Is walking 🚶‍♀️ distance. And hotel 🏨 staff are friendly.

Location

The place was dirty. I can see stains everywhere, lobby sofas, curtains, walls, carpets. I think the bed also has bed bugs, every morning I would feel so itchy and will find new insect bites on my skin. Pool was not accessible in the entirety of my stay, and even if it’s accessible, it’s 5 mins walk away from the building which defeats the purpose. The gym is dirty, not usable. They dont even dust them. One wrong move and your white tshirt will get all the dirt.

Was disappointed as the booking was cancelled last min by the hotel.

This is one of if not the best hotels in the north manila area, highly recommended to any one who is visiting SM fairview or other surroundings. Excellent staff, nice large rooms and very nice large swimming pool.

I booked the hotel via Booking.com and was cancelled on the day (31 Mar) before our flight on 1 Apr. We had placed booking more in Feb 2025 more than 1.5 months away from my stay from 1 - 9 Apr and made payment in full and received a booking confirmation. ALAS! the hotel didn't have my booking. Was it the hotel or the Booking.com fault?! This was ridiculous and I have to rush to make alternative accommodation!

Loved the location and facilities.

This hotel is part of a condominium with shared swimming pool and basket ball court. Room has real window, air exhaust through bathroom only when card is inserted. Large TV with usable HDMI. Many electrical plugs. Good for laptop. Good breakfast with large menu. Lobby very comfortable. Little internal and external noise. Close to shopping malls. Bathroom has some humidity damages. This is missing: a drinking water dispender. Safe only works with key (no code): not safe indeed.
