Property was clean and tidy

Sofas were dirty and there were patch on sofa. Furniture around bad wasn't that clean

Gift city club Gandhinagar is one of the best hotel in Gandhinagar I have stayed there with my family on this 03/05/25 and I really enjoyed all services,they have a big property including Well equipped Fitness centre,Big Smimming pool and multicuisine restaurant for all three meals is totally worth it.Also it is situated in Gift city which is a very modern city and it’s in a developing phase so there are no markets and shopping malls in gift city that is the only part I did not like but rest everything was perfect and also would like to mention Mr Priyansh he was the one who helped us a lot during my stay from the day of my arrival till my departure Thank you to you again we will surely visit again.

I am a member of the Gift Club. The place is extremely pleasant. Nice swimming pool with azure waters, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, other indoor & outdoor sports facilities are excellent. State of the art gym. Rise restaurant serves delicious food. Reception staff including door men are very courteous. I specially appreciate the welcoming behavior of Ms Safura, Ms Lalta, Ms Kevidinlilue, Mr Shubham, Mr Ankush, Mr Narendra & Mr Nand Kishore. Best wishes. Good service ambience food and hospitality. Darshik in the front desk was very helpful and supportive . Property is very clean and organised with good amenities and team round the clock. Rooms are spacious and peaceful atmosphere for a family stay...

Everything is just great! From the service to the property to the rooms, everything is exceptional compared to all the properties around here. We stayed at room no. 514. The room size and view from balcony is just great! Special thanks to Sephora for making sure we had the bestest of time.

V hood services including jain food Sp thanks to Niraj ji & rooms were spacious and large along with balcony ,best part was swimming pool and amenities placed in room will definitely coming here again and recommend for jain food to all ,thanx gcc

Super Delicious Tandoori mashroom, One of the best Spring roll I have ever had , Yummy Dal makhani, Sizzler everything was excellent and super cooked by Chef Anoop Ji ( Speical thanks ) and very warmly served by our ever green sachin ji 🙏 Must try Ala carte in Gift City Club Restaurant. Salute to chef Anop ji 🙏

Room Size and amenities were world class. However quality of breakfast was average. Meals were very expensive.

Cost and quality of food could be improved. Staff was very polite. However it would elevate the hotel if smart good looking young boys and girls are recruited from North East, Uttaranchal, Himachal, Nepal etc. Follow Air hostess recruitment model.
